1. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and on the listing page. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery at checkout.

Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates when possible.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by item, quantity, and destination. Some items may qualify for free or flat-rate shipping as specified on the listing.

International shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient unless noted otherwise.

3. Carriers & Tracking

Sellers select the carrier and provide a tracking number where available. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. View order status and tracking in your account dashboard under "My Orders."

4. International Shipments

We ship to most countries worldwide with competitive international rates. International delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days.

Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless noted otherwise.

5. Package Issues & Returns

If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact customer support within 48 hours. We'll work with the seller to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

For lost or stolen packages, check with household members and neighbors first. Contact the carrier and the seller via your order conversation for assistance. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

6. Address Changes & Updates

You can update your shipping address in your account settings. For existing orders, address changes must be made before the order ships. Contact customer support if you need to change an address for a shipped order.
