1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners (e.g., Stripe).

Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Some payment methods may place temporary holds or authorizations until the transaction is completed.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation. For pre-orders or items with delayed availability, payment may be authorized but not charged until the item ships.

Failed payments will result in order cancellation. You will be notified via email and may attempt to place the order again with a different payment method.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in the local currency of your region. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. International orders may be subject to additional duties and customs fees.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price you will be charged.

4. Billing & Invoicing

An electronic receipt will be sent to your email address upon successful payment. You can also access your order history and receipts through your account dashboard.

For business customers, detailed invoices are available upon request. Please contact our billing department for corporate billing arrangements.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed according to our return policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should be resolved through our customer service team before contacting your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and monitored for suspicious activity.

Orders may be held for review if fraud is suspected. You may be contacted to verify your identity or provide additional documentation.

7. Currency & Exchange Rates

Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider or bank. Exchange rates may vary and are subject to change based on market conditions.

International transactions may incur additional fees from your financial institution. Please check with your bank for specific foreign transaction fees.
